Abandoning Capitalism

In 2009, filmmaker Michael Moore released "Capitalism: A Love Story," taking target at the free market with worn out arguments that mirrored more the attitude of the old, and failed, Soviet Union, than it did the principles of the United States. Capitalism is a system based on individuality and freedom, where the producer or laborer gets to keep more of what they earn, and own.

Climate Change Denier Fringe Radicals

If you disagree with the Obama administration, you are an enemy of the State. Michelle Obama has told high school students to monitor their parents for infractions against government definitions regarding acceptable speech, and the First Lady has even called "unacceptable" the fact that school districts are opting out of her very unpopular, and failed, school nutrition standards (as if abiding by these standards are required by royal decree). The IRS has been used to target, and punish, opposition against the democrats, and proof of the heinous crime has conveniently disappeared. Barack Obama has been using executive orders to unconstitutionally modify law, and to put his own laws into place, steering around Congress with the opinion that he can do whatever he wants, regardless of the opinion of the representation of the people.

Zimmerman and his parents have received death threats, and the Obama administration is going to go against the Fifth Amendment of the United States Constitution (Double Jeopardy) and is unconstitutionally filing federal charges against George Zimmerman.

I Am An American

Last Night, as the sandwich shop employee assembled my foot-long oven roasted masterpiece, and my wife's cold cut combo, I got to talking to the gentleman in line behind me. He made reference, after quipping we are losing our rights and freedoms, that a red star is on California's flag for a reason. Supreme Court Gay Marriage Ruling: Stigmatization of America

Throughout the United States, gay marriage proponents are celebrating, proclaiming that the Supreme Court's rulings on the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) and California's Proposition 8 has made the legalization of gay marriage the law of the land. They are now aiming at ensuring that gay couples may receive full marriage benefits in each of the 50 States. The problem is, the courts did not rule that gay marriage is constitutional, in the case of the Proposition 8 case. They ruled that the defenders of Proposition 8 had no standing.

Edward Snowden is the man who broke open the NSA snooping scandal, revealing to the public that the federal government's use of surveillance is not as limited as claimed. Federal Power Grab: Standing Army and Civil Disturbances

In Article I, Section 8 of the United States Constitution, the Congressional appropriation of money for funding the Army is limited to two years. There is no limitations on funding the Navy, and in fact the Congress is instructed in the next clause to "provide and maintain a Navy."
