Mazen Malik: Oregon state official has terrorist-supporting background

Jul 24, 2017 — Trevor Loudon

Most Oregonians know Mazen Malik, a senior economist at the Oregon State Legislature, from his occasional appearances touting the alleged tax revenue bonanza that marijuana sales have brought to Oregon. But many likely do not realize that in the 1980s, Mazen Malik was an active supporter of Yasser Arafat’s Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), an anti-Israel organization whose horrific terrorist acts have resulted in the deaths of thousands of innocent people.

It is important to understand that communists worked with radical Islamic organizations just as they do today. This unholy alliance has been described as the Red Green Axis and is discussed in the film, the Enemies Within.

Security Risk: Meet Senator Chris Murphy’s long-time Communist Party USA staffer

Jul 8, 2017 — Trevor Loudon

Is it okay for a United States senator serving on the Foreign Relations Committee to employ an aide who is a member of the Communist Party USA (CPUSA)? What could be the security implications of such a relationship?

For several years, Sen. Chris Murphy (D-Conn.) employed CPUSA member Maxwell Goldman in a variety of positions.

Maxwell Goldman started as a field organizer for Murphy’s campaign in April 2012, and continued employment until at least September 2016, when he worked as a senior outreach assistant at the senator’s Hartford, Connecticut office.

Meet Austin Binns: ROTC officer and revolutionary socialist

Jun 5, 2017 — Trevor Loudon

Not all military types lean to the political right.

A case in point is Austin Binns, a former Eagle Scout and an active and highly competent ROTC officer — as well as a militant socialist activist. Though leaning to the left since his teens, Binns (see KeyWiki article) has gone overboard since studying politics at Philadelphia’s Drexel University.

Five years ago Binns was a volunteer for Obama for America. He followed that up with campaign work for the unsuccessful runs of leftist Philadelphia Democrats like Allyson Schwartz (governor), and Manan Trivedi (U.S. House).

In 2015 he interned in the Washington D.C. office of U.S. Rep. Brendan Boyle (D-Penn.)

But since 2016, while still serving in the U.S. military, Mr. Binns has been actively involved with the Philly Socialists, and one of their student groups, Drexel Socialists.

EXCLUSIVE: Lawmaker who wanted to legalize Communists in CA government has Communist ties

May 29, 2017 — Trevor Loudon

In May, anti-communist California State Assemblywoman Janet Nguyen (R -Santa Ana), pushed back hard against Assembly colleague San Francisco Democrat Rob Bonta‘s Assembly Bill 22.

Bonta’s bill was intended to amend an existing statute for removing a public employee who “is knowingly a member of the Communist party” or a member of an organization that “advocates the overthrow of the Government of the United States or of any state by force or violence.”

Bill 22 would have allowed communists to work legally in the California government.

On May 10, the bill passed the Assembly and was headed for a rubber stamp Senate vote, but with the support of her electoral district, often referred to as “Little Saigon,” Nguyen launched a petition to oppose the legislation.

Maine Marxists are working with Chellie Pingree and taking over the state Democratic Party

May 17, 2017 — Trevor Loudon

Marxists are working overtime to take over the Maine Democratic Party, from the congressional to the local level.

Since its founding in June 2016, Maine Democratic Socialists of America, the Portland-based local of this country’s largest crypto-communist organization, has become a significant force in Pine Tree State politics.
