The coming war inside America

imageAs the attention of most Americans was captivated by the shiny object in Times Square this weekend like infants fixated on car keys dangled in front of them, Barack Hussein Obama signed into law H.R. 1540, better known as the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). Regardless of any concurrent executive signing statements that are mere window dressing and not legally binding, Obama and every member of congress who crafted and voted for this act has essentially declared war on American citizens on U.S. soil.

Preparing for martial law

imageWas the timing merely serendipitous or is something else at play? Yesterday was the "birthday" of the United States Bill of Rights, which our forefathers ratified exactly 220 years ago. The same people who believe the constitution is a living, breathing document just put it on a respirator, metaphorically speaking, by passing the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012 (NDAA). Obama has declared his intent to sign the legislation, despite initial indications from the White House of a veto (more on that dog-and-pony show later in this writing).

Above the law

imageFollowing the American Civil War, Jesse James earned the reputation of being a notorious bank robber and criminal gang member in the United States. It is also important to note that public opinion of Jesse James was swayed by the print media of the day, which turned Jesse James the outlaw into a symbol of confederacy defiance of the reconstruction of the South. His innocence was proclaimed and his reputation romanticized by founding editor of the Kansas City Times John Newman Edwards, who wrote prolifically about James for political cause. Nearly a century-and-a-half later, the looting of people's money is no longer done with a gun and a scarf. It is accomplished openly by individuals who have been given the means and opportunity by virtue of their position in the financial sector. Additionally, the looters appear to be well above the law, as those who regulate and prosecute have been co-opted by the merger of state and corporate powers. And the media, much like John Newman Edwards composites, are facilitating the financial terrorism of today through their selective reporting and protection of political and corporate interests.

The Obama & Hillary “Ghostbuster” moment

"Veni, Vidi, Vici." Those of us who endured years of Latin in our education immediately associate and attribute that phrase to Julius Caesar, a reference to his battle with Pharnaces II of Pontus in 47 BC. Caesar reportedly wrote that sentence, which literally means "I came, I saw, I conquered" to his friend Amantius after the battle.

The “list”

imageBy now, most Americans have learned about the existence of a “kill or capture list,” or a list of people who presumably have sufficiently demonstrated their ill intent or deeds against the United States of America. As normal Americans and civilized people of the West, it is likely that we envision those on such a list as the very faces of evil themselves and deserving of the full weight of ultimate justice that the U.S. has to offer. That justice can be delivered from afar, from a drone that the name on the list will never hear or see, or up close and personal. The method is dictated by circumstances.

The strange case of Anwar al Awlaki

image
As widely reported, al Qaeda ideologue Anwar al Awlaki was killed in a drone strike in the Yemen province of Shabwa, a lawless area well out of reach of Yemen's military. While it is clear that the world is a bit safer today thanks to the actions of American military and intelligence, there is a legitimate argument about the right of due process to American citizens. With regard to al Awlaki, however, this argument should be a moot point as his assassination was unnecessary.

Exclusive Report: “High Strangeness” in Afghan Ambush

It's likely that most Americans have never heard of the Ganjgal Valley in Afghanistan. What you are about to read is a true account of what happened there during an agonizing several hours on September 8, 2009. If I have done my job right, by the time you finish, you will be saddened and very angry. But most of all, if you really care about our troops beyond the obligatory lapel pins and bumper stickers, you will demand answers from the highest levels of our government. Because, but for the grace of God, this account could be about you or one of your family members being executed on the other side of the globe.

NY Times Op-Ed: Lambs to the slaughter

imageIt is perhaps the most disturbing op-ed ever published in any American newspaper. I am referring to the editorial titled “Don’t Fear Islamic Law in America,” written by Eliyahu Stern, Ph.D published on September 2, 2011 in The New York Times. Contrary to the opinion of Mr. Stern, there is much to fear about the implementation of Sharia’ law in America. To assert otherwise is to display an unforgivable ignorance of undisputed facts or to be deliberately disingenuous. In either case, it is perilous to accept as fact the assertions of Mr. Stern, individually or collectively as a nation.

Obama’s Watergate

Just after 10:00 a.m. on March 23rd, 1973, John Dean, White House counsel to former President Richard M. Nixon advised Nixon of "a cancer within-close to the presidency, that's growing. It's growing daily." Within the same breath, he advised Nixon that "people are going to start perjuring themselves very quickly that have not had to perjure themselves to protect other people and the like." That cancer became known as "Watergate," and eventually led to Nixon's resignation.

Digital deception & the media

image As we have seen with the disgraced and disgraceful Anthony Weiner, sex sells and dominates the media anytime a salacious story breaks. You didn’t have to be a detective to have turned to your wife, husband or to anyone in the room during any one of the televised media interviews with this twisted twittering congressman as he evaded direct questions about the purveyance of his private parts to say “he did it and now is trying to cover it up.”

Obama’s background of mirrors

image
Looking into the background of Barack Hussein Obama can be compared to looking into a kaleidoscope. The difference is that instead of seeing pleasingly colorful and symmetrical designs created by light and mirrors, one sees both the mirrors and mechanisms that create the illusion and the asymmetry of the resultant image caused by a deliberate miscalibration of the mirrors. Turning the tube, or attempting to discern the image, only causes more unpleasant distortion.

“Something really wrong is going on here”

imageIn the U.S., under the Obama-Holder "Justice" Department, which can be considered a policy extension and acceleration of the former administration and Department of Justice policies in many ways, it is certain that "something really wrong is going on here."

Obama deception indicators “off the charts” during Stephanopoulos interview

If you watch and listen carefully to the 20-minute, 14 April 2011 interview of Barack Hussein Obama by George Stephanopoulos, you will notice something very telling that takes place during that interview when the discussion shifts to the issue of Donald Trump and ultimately, the "birther conspiracy." Veteran investigators who are experienced in interviewing and interrogating suspects, witnesses, criminals and non-criminals have undoubtedly identified numerous big red flags of deception precisely when expected, and in textbook fashion. To observe this in action, begin watching the video at about the 13:25 minute mark, when Stephanopoulos lobs the following softball, leading question to Obama and receives his answer[ii]:

“Homeless” Man Hussain Hashem al-Hussaini is “John Doe #2 in Oklahoma bombing

imageOn Wednesday, a "homeless man" was arrested in the Boston suburb of Quincy, Massachusetts, on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after allegedly striking another man with a beer bottle. His name is Hussain Hashem al-HUSSAINI, although has several other aliases and a previous arrest record. His arrest would have likely gone unnoticed except for the tenacious investigative journalism conducted in the months and years following the 1995 bombing of the Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City by author and investigative journalist Jayna Davis. Ms. Davis, a former reporter for KFOR-TV at the time of the bombing, identified al HUSSAINI as the "John Doe #2" in the April 19, 1995 bombing that claimed the lives of 168 people, including 22 children, three who were unborn. Her investigation is chronicled in her book, The Third Terrorist, and is an important investigative report into the actual events that took place in the months, days and weeks leading to the bombing, and perhaps even more importantly, in the years afterward.

Federal probe identifies “cracks” in ICE

-Northeast Intelligence Network There is a major national scandal involving multiple breaches of national security by Muslims working in federal law enforcement positions that you are not hearing about. Through a combination of blatant stupidity and calculated design, we've let our enemies inside our "house" and access to our security, which is a situation that is purposely being downplayed by this administration and the complicit corporate media.

Constitutional contempt

imageInsight into the historical framework of our current national peril This is the most difficult report update I’ve ever filed on any investigative matter on which I’ve worked, and certainly the most important. It strikes directly at the heart of the national security of the United States, which has been under attack from within for the last 75 years or longer. What exists today began with people who are long dead, but whose agendas live on through others to whom the torch has been passed. It is the proverbial rabbit hole that goes deeper than most can fathom.

It began with jury selection on January 10th, with opening testimony starting last week. The trial resumes today. The following contains information compiled from witness testimony provided last week and an exclusive analysis of the historical impact these proceedings will have as American jurisprudence intersects with Islamic doctrine.

imageUpdate: Second suspect in Tucson shooting cleared Authorities are searching for a second suspect they describe as a “person of interest” in the shooting incident in Tucson, Arizona that critically injured Rep. Police are not providing specific details of the possible role this man might have had in the shooting spree, although a law enforcement source close to the investigation told this author that the man might have had prior knowledge of the plans of the primary suspect, Jared Lee LOUGHNER.
