1 Missouri police officer killed, 2 others wounded in shooting; suspect dead

At least one Missouri police officer was killed and two other officers were wounded in a shooting Tuesday night at a home about 75 miles outside Kansas City, authorities said. Missouri State Highway Patrol Sgt. Bill Lowe said at a news conference early Wednesday that the Clinton County 911 center received a call late Tuesday where two women could be heard screaming in the background.
