A little red meat for the end of an active Wednesday. Alvin Holmes is a Democrat state representative in Alabama. He is black, which is relevant to the story. And I guess he longs for the old days of marital segregation:
In fairness to Rep. Holmes, all he did was say publicly what many liberals say privately about Justice Thomas and his wife Ginni, who by the way is brilliant in her own right. We had never heard of Rep. Holmes before today, but we did a little research. Here is what he had to say about a bill that would have legalized the sale of "gourmet beer." I don't think Clarence Thomas has anything to worry about.
