What became my 'Borrow A Brother' volunteer safety escorts for female friends started with a phone call years ago.

It was a female friend I hadn't heard from in awhile who asked if I would accompany her as she recorded some poetry inside a studio in a sketchy part of town.

I did and from there the idea took shape. As she 'borrowed' me, other occasions might arise where my security skills could be useful, for free, to women I know and who know me.

I've also been 'borrowed' to back up men I know too, in case you were wondering.

Since then I've been back up for nocturnal ATM deposits, daytime bank visits, after sundown post office box checking, grocery shopping after dark, standing watch while a female friend pumped gas (prime car jacking position, btw) and riding along during rideshare deliveries when the sun was down.

The narrative in 'blue' cities and states is just to roll over and let violent traitors to community safety terrorize our women while allegedly 'good' men sit back and say, what a shame.

The left wants concerned men emasculated and unwilling to be the protectors God made us to be.

As I said in an x post earlier today

Be a man worthy of 'borrowing' if female friends, or good causes, need back up- within your comfort zone and the law, of course.
It's a spirit not a shirt so if it's in you to be 'there', the role will fit just fine.
