Black Citizens On Patrol Don't Have To Like President Trump To Welcome His Crime Crackdowns

I'm a big fan of citizens patrols in cities where citizens are petrified. My footsteps on this path started in such a neighborhood.

I'd like to think that Brothers who hit the pavement to create safety where Trump's crime crackdown is in DC and other cities, will do so when federal agents and National Guardsmen are deployed.

Democratic office holders don't welcome Black citizens patrols with open arms

Black men doing this outreach run the gamut, from mainstream Brothers such as MadDads, Concerned Black Men or the Self Defense Brigade to community nationalists like New Era Detroit, Lion of Judah Armed Forces, Huey P Newton Gun Club and various New Black Panther Formations.

Suffice it to say these organizations aren't likely to be overflowing with Trump supporters.

However, they are filled with stakeholders whose concerns about crime and youth survival should make them receptive to opportunities a Trump crackdown on crime offers their cities.

Despite the good they do, Democratic office holders don't welcome Black citizens patrols with open arms.

The same defensiveness and deflection Trump's DC crackdown faces was first encountered by Black men who patrol their cities.

While the left and community members protest proposed deployments, I hope fellow safety creators will look at this as a chance to bring problem people and areas to entities who'll actually take action instead of ignoring their concerns.

Black Democratic mayors are very vain on this issue.

They'd rather youth murder, carjackings, armed robberies and street takeovers continue unabated than be 'insulted' by forces who will shut down this activity.

They won't openly admit it but these same threats flourish under their permissive policies.

Black citizens on patrol don't have to like President Trump in order to welcome his crime crackdowns.

It's a chance to finally work with people who want to fight crime instead of fudge around its edges.
