BREAKING: Rizzolo loses appeal
At 11:49 AM, Tuesday April 3, 2012, the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals issued the following MEMORANDUM stating that they have DISPOSED of Rick Rizzolo's appeal of his additional 9 month prison sentence and 24 month extension of parole.
This DISPOSITION opens the door for beating victim Kirk Henry and the IRS to go after Lisa and Kimtran Rizzolo for conspiring to evade court ordered payment of Rick Rizzolo's personal debts.
