Canada does not need an additional 15 million Indians

Saint John, New Brunswick:
This man was caught dumping multiple bags of garbage at a playground and even threw some into the Saint John river.
We need harsh punishments for illegal dumping before Canada is turned into a third world country.

Canada does not need an additional 15 million Indians. We should send these highly qualified international students back to India, so that they can enrich their own country.
