Canadians must back Harper
Change the parliamentary rules so that a minority government cannot be brought down
There is a simple way to avoid future political shenanigans like we've just witnessed in the Stephen Harper versus Stephane Dion, Jack Layton and Giles Duceppe affair:
Change the parliamentary rules so that a minority government cannot be brought down, but, unlike a majority government, which has a five year mandate, would have to call an election within two years of its taking office.
