The evening of September 14, 2026 may be remembered as the evening the Supreme Court betrayed America. That night the Supreme Court issued a ruling allowing the injunction against post office checks to ensure only mail-in ballots are delivered to legal citizens—not to illegals, not to dead voters, not to all the other names that shouldn't be in our voter rolls. And yes, there are still millions of placeholder registrations in our voter rolls that have been put there over the years to provide a way to hide fraudulent votes.
We may never know how the Left got to enough justices to get the fateful ruling of last night. Justice Barrett was already on the fence, due to threats against her family. The three Left wing justices are already a given. Justice Kavanaugh said that the government was likely to win against the injunction, but that he voted to let it stand because it was too late. Never mind that the Post Office had already implemented the necessary processes and was ready once the states provided the voter roll information. The two stalwart conservative justices, Alito and Thomas, well aware of the dangers of uncontrolled vote by mail to the integrity of our elections, voted against the injunction, but were unfortunately in the minority.
Alito, in his dissenting opinion said: “The plaintiff States cannot claim the timing of the rule tilts the equities in their favor when they, and courts hearing their claims, are responsible for so much of the delay,” he said.“Not only was the Government subject to months of premature litigation and a series of injunctions that this Court later determined were likely issued without jurisdiction, the Government had to wait nearly another full month for this Court to issue its decision so holding.” In other words, if the Court had acted in a timely matter, the argument that it was too late to fix vote by mail would not have held up.
So where does that leave us. We know that, despite claims to the contrary, there are millions of placeholder registrations in the voter rolls across the country. Non-citizens, re-registrations for voters who have moved, manufactured registrations submitted by massive homeless populations for a few dollars each, indiscriminate registrations through motor vehicle licensing agencies, and hundreds of thousands of others all add up to enough registrations to hide almost any level of election manipulation.
Even if they didn't already know which registrations could be used to support fraud, it really isn't hard to tell likely candidates. Many good researchers across the country have analyzed voter rolls from their states and found huge quantities of registrations that shouldn't be there. Most states will provide copies of voter rolls to candidates, journalists, researchers, and even ordinary citizens, typically for only a few hundred dollars or even less.
Those copies generally don't include social security numbers or driver license numbers, but the rest of the information is enough to tell which registrations are useful and where new registrations can be added. Once in the rolls, they are almost impossible to remove. Why do you think the Blue states have been so opposed to having their voter rolls checked?
The appalling ruling by the Court leaves few alternatives for ensuring the integrity of the November midterm elections. Given the experiences in multiple states with recent primary elections, it is clear that the Left/DeepState has all their fraud mechanisms in place and ready to go for the midterms. The primaries gave them an opportunity for a final check and fine tuning a few points so they are primed and ready to go. And go they must because if they don't gain enough seats in Congress, Trump will continue with his work to return the government back to the people from whom it has been stolen.
Time is very short and the options are few. It is always possible that Congress might pass the SAVE Act in time. Blue States may see the error of their ways and decide that one day, in-person voting with ID is really the way to go since the great majority of people want that. SCOTUS might even announce that there was something in the air or water yesterday that caused them to make a bad call, and they really meant to rule against the injunction.
Setting fantasy aside, one of the few options left is for Trump to declare a national emergency, declare all ballots returned by mail to be invalid, and require in-person voting with ID across the country. Such a ruling could not be challenged by courts, but the Congress could act to counter such an order, so timing would be critical. An emergency order of that nature would be one of the very few issues likely to unite Congress in a vote. An impeachment vote would likely swiftly follow.
Even if an emergency order were successful and we had single day voting with ID, it would be months before the new Congress would be convened. A lame duck congress could do much damage in that time. Democrats would be united, and there are enough RINOS and enough Republican quislings to pass legislation with sufficient votes to overcome a veto.
One possibility that still exists is that states may voluntarily comply with the order, treating this voter roll cleaning process as a service. If the Post Office collects statistics on simply the numbers of ballots that pass versus the numbers that fail various checks, we have a good estimate on the reliability of election results. Even states that make an honest effort to keep voter rolls clean have been shown to have significant numbers of bad entries.
While the Blue States' rolls are likely worse, even a lower end estimate would be useful. If it is determined that 20% of registrations don't check out, just as an example, that would be enough to invalidate the election. Many races are determined by single digit percentages, so even a 5% or less number of bad ballots would justify tossing the mail-in results well before the certifications are announced and the results cast in concrete.
The Left and Deep State may believe they have finally trapped Trump in a corner he can't escape. If he declares a state of emergency, congress can act to cancel the declaration and impeach him. If he does nothing, the fraud mechanisms will operate freely to ensure that the composition of Congress changes against him. That would ensure repeated attempts to impeach him, a deluge of lawsuits against any action he would take, and a general neutering of his MAGA agenda for the rest of his term. At that point, a new president and congress could go full bore Socialist or worse with little opposition.
That would put Trump in a "damned if you do, damned if you don't" position where the enemies of our Constitutional Republic would be crowing "gotcha, finally!". Knowing Trump, though, he may yet pull an unexpected rabbit from his hat and come up with a new approach.
Whatever happens, though, the November election will be a pivotal event in American history. Will we continue the process of restoring the Constitution to its place as the supreme law of the land and the people as the rightful governors of the Nation, or will we establish a rule Of the Elites, By the Elites, and For the Elites, and pronounce the Constitution an obsolete relic of the past—a collection of suggestions only appropriate for a bygone age?
The Left has clearly told us what they will do if they win. November is our chance to block them and keep the freedoms that generations previous have fought and bled to preserve and give to us. Will we let them down? These are perilous times.
