Rules of engagement should be same as in overseas combat, barring risk to American civilians and migrant noncombatants.

This is a low level act of war and should be treated as one.

Imprisonment would be on military bases or in specially constructed detention facilities run by guard and reserve components of the armed forces.

I think even the most anti illegal immigration Republican candidates and office holders would balk at this recommendation.

It's offered knowing full well that this apartment complex takeover is a sign of coming conquests by migrant gangs. 

They're clearly intent on dominating this country unless change occurs in the White House and Congress.
