Control -- Be a Boss or Be a Leader

I depend on the wisdom of others in my writing and my life. In reality, there really isn’t much new that can be created. History is resplendent with examples of mistakes we humans have made time and time again, and there are no new solutions to those mistakes. Technology has changed and, as a result, these cycles seem to come and go faster. The basic problem is a human one, and it is simply part of human nature.

The above wisdom of Thomas Sowell describes the foundation of human leadership. The above wisdom of Harry Truman describes the character of the two major political parties in America today. The point Truman made more than a half century ago has been exacerbated and exploded into plain view in 2024.

Boss: noun

1. An employer or supervisor.
2. One who makes decisions or exercises authority.
3. A professional politician who controls a party or a political machine.

Leader: noun

1. One that leads or guides.
2. One who is in charge or in command of others.
3. One who heads a political party or organization.

It seems that the American Heritage Dictionary supports the words of Harry Truman in describing how the Democrat Party works. If this doesn’t shine a light on how Skam-ala Harris got appointed by the communist Democrat Party bosses as the Democrat Presidential candidate, I don’t know what does.

Whereas a leader, such as Donald Trump, solicits people to follow him to achieve the worthy goal of making America great again. Trump does not demand that people follow him.

He gives them good reasons to follow him.

Now to pull this all together, I will paraphrase Sowell. When you want to control people, tell them what they want to hear. This demands avoiding the truth at all costs. To demonstrate this principle, I will point out just how easy it was to control people on a worldwide basis with an event in the lifetime of everyone reading this article. Yes, the monstrous elephant in the room, the Chinese Flu “pandemic” most often referred to as COVID-19.

After creating that monster, infecting the world with it, and then creating near panic, those we trusted told us exactly what we wanted to hear. The World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the United States and other governments, the medical community, and Big Pharma conspired to tell us THEY HAVE THE ANSWERS! They told us masks would protect everyone. They told us staying six feet apart would protect everyone. They told us if small businesses, churches, and schools were closed everyone would be protected. They told us if we took their magic shots everyone would be protected. 

They told us if infected the respirator would save lives. That was what we wanted to hear, and as it turns out, it was all a total lie.

In the opinion of many, the whole scam was a crime against humanity because it was not only a lie, but millions of people died needlessly following the policies of the perpetrators of these lies. 

This tragedy also demonstrated how easily people could be controlled. Even though these lies from authorities people once trusted have been exposed, the bosses of the communist Democrat Party think they can continue to deceive the masses and foist Harris/Waltz on America. Thankfully, many, many traditional Democrats are waking up to the reality of the communist tyrants that have infected their party. They are now discovering that their deep down beliefs are better represented by the Make America Great Again philosophy rather than the Marxist philosophy of the modern communist Democrats as demonstrated by Obama, Biden, and now Harris/Waltz.

Harris/Waltz will continue to lie and try to tell people what they want to hear. Many will be successfully deceived in spite of the fact that what Harris says and what she has always done is exactly the opposite. In spite of the fact that what she does, she tries to accuse Trump of doing. Harris and the communist Democrats want to boss and control people. Trump and his MAGA followers want to show people a better way of life.

So, the question is; Do you want a boss who controls you or a leader to follow to a more prosperous life? On November 5, 2024, you get to make that choice.
