A Connecticut animal shelter boss was arrested after authorities uncovered the carcasses of five dogs inside her home. Heidi Lueders, 30, the former president of Bully Breed Rescue Inc., turned herself in to Fairfield police Tuesday and was charged with five counts of animal cruelty. -- MORE...
