Democrats Are Bullies

On February 18, 2025, AFP/CFP published my article What the Left Does Best. Since then watching how the Left has been behaving, I noticed one important characteristic I failed to address. As I reviewed the last several decades of socialist, progressive, Democrat Party, and Leftist behavior there is one consistent theme. They are bullies.

Bullying was the tactic the socialist Left used to get “Big Social Media” onboard

Examining what We the People experienced before and during the tyrannical regime of Joe Biden, compliance with the government was totally based on bullying by the socialist Democrat Party. As complicit as the media is, socialist bullying kept them pounding on Trump with 90% negative reporting from the day he rode down the golden escalator until today. Bullying was the tactic the socialist Left used to get “Big Social Media” onboard with the negativity about Trump until Elon Musk bought Twitter and turned it into a free speech platform.

Because the Biden Administration was totally corrupt, lawless, and used federal law enforcement agencies against political enemies, fear was thoroughly infused into American society. Then the Biden administration and the Leftists used this fear to bully American businesses and the Leftist minions to buying into DEI, multiple sexes, sex changes, and the whole weird anti-American wokeness culture. We must also remember, many of the products of the Leftist education system were used to the bullying because they were bullied into accepting the Leftist ideology throughout their formative years.

Protests were nothing less that organized bullying

I will ask you to simply believe your own eyes. Ever since the “protest culture” appeared on the scene in the 1960s, what have you seen? Protests were nothing less that organized bullying. Did protesters have any interest in discussing issues? Even the well intentioned protesters were nothing more than ideologues who could not argue for the issue they were protesting. Do today’s protesters have any interest in discussing issues? Hell, most of today’s protesters are paid disrupters who don’t even know what they are protesting. Bullying by protest is now a Leftist strategy, not just a tactic.

As I write this, I watched a news program where a Leftist woman was trying to bully the host by filibustering the conversation. This was the trip wire that brought the whole bulling issue into the light for me. The second recent event that helped me focus on bullying was the Zelensky performance last Friday.

It appears to me that when Zelensky met with the leftist, Never-Trumpers, on Friday morning, they cajoled Zelensky into trying to bully Trump in front of the World. He got some really bad advice, and Zelensky ended up getting booted out of the White House and is now being forced to eat crow. However, the Leftists are doing their happy victory dance, knowing that hurting Zelensky isn’t hurting the Leftists, but it does hurts America and Ukraine.

Tonight President Trump will address a joint session of Congress

In America today, extreme Leftists are the enemy within the United States of America, the very people Madison addressed. These extreme Leftists hate America and are the enemy of the state, yet they are in control of the Democrat Party. Do I believe all Democrats in Congress hate America? I do not.

Having said that, I do believe that there are Democrats that do love America and are ignoring common sense due to misplaced party loyalty. If I am wrong, I feel bad for America because then we have even a bigger mountain to climb to fix what is broken in America. I have also reminded myself that there are a couple of Trump-hating Republicans in Congress who, by default, vote for America hating issues.

Tonight President Trump will address a joint session of Congress. The worst of the America hating Democrats will demonstrate bullying by boycotting his address. After, there will be a response by a Democrat bully who will try to bully Americans into everything voters soundly rejected last November. Last November the extreme Leftist Democrat bullies got punched square on the nose by American voters, and they still don’t get it. But bullies never win in the end.

After a 55 year career as a professional pilot in the military, in law enforcement, in the private sector, and in federal civil service, I am now retired.

In many of these positions I repeatedly took an oath to defend the United States Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic.
