Anyone who bought the president’s contrived “inspirational” message in the midst of his hopelessly flawed transformation of America, is doomed to vote in another equally hapless occupier of the Oval Office
Disjointed malarkey, hopping from one train of thought (if you could call it that) to another, avoiding national security threats to focus on a nonexistent one (climate change), the president spun a fairy tale of epic proportions in his final (thank the Lord) State of the Union address.
Dancing to his own tune, Obama sidestepped the vacuous policies of his last seven years, once more attempting to lay blame for the economic non-recovery and fatuous foreign non-policy on the previous administration. What he proved was an inability to get a handle on reality by living in the world of unending campaigning, which left him with no alternative but to foist his appalling world vision on America for 15 more years. As if he hasn’t done enough damage in his two terms. Obama then called forth Americans to look to the “next frontier,” which only brought to mind Star Trek reruns that must have inspired Obama’s science fiction rambling.
Other highlights of the hour of absurdity that ensued:
His consistent usage of “diversity,” in itself a divisive term, as a good thing rather than focusing on what America was meant to be – a homogeneous allegiance to one creed, Freedom, not the insular segregation of ethnicities he’s encouraged.
Denying any responsibility for the destruction of jobs by implementing the proven unworkable Obamacare, the president said, “it’s tougher for workers to retire when they want to.” He neglected to mention the 94 million non-working Americans who have been virtually forced into retirement, most by virtue of not being able to find proper employment due to the abysmal economy he’s engineered

Berating the Congress, and the populace in general for not finding ways to work together, plainly Obama forgets how there can be no agreement when his purpose has been to divide, bully, and petulantly refuse to negotiate on his misguided priorities. The president had the unmitigated gall to speak of renewing trust in leadership. How impertinent when he's done everything possible to destroy trust in all of government, particularly through his excessive use of executive action to over-regulate every aspect of American industry. And who helped rig the system for the powerful and the rich that he vehemently denounced? You got it, Obama.
There’s more, but why bore you? He already did that.
The culprit stood as if guiltless before a captive Congress and an absent television audience denouncing every single thing he has broken the back of Americans to implement. The opacity of this administration is beyond that of any previous, yet throughout his tenure in the White House, Obama has claimed “transparency” in all his affairs. The underhanded nature of government of which Obama accused others is the precise personification of his administration. Is it any wonder so few watched, unable to stomach the blatant lies and misapplied blame?
The facts are irrefutable despite the president’s unrepentant, deliberate utterance of lies… sorry, but the whole fabric of the SOTU was complete myth, a bedtime story to lull Americans back to sweet ignorant sleep.
The saddest part of the whole laughable, though not funny, dressing down of America is the fact that the GOP establishment gave the SOTU a backhanded endorsement with Governor Nikki Haley’s taking shared responsibility for all the democrat-forced agenda.
Obviously, establishment republicans have refused to block the administration’s worse than disastrous bills, such as Obamacare, at the beginning of the president’s reign – at least, that’s how he would like to remember it. They even assisted the institution of anti-American acts such as the Iran Agreement by giving the president an unconstitutional work around via the Corker bill, and quickly passing the latest budget that funds everything the majority abhors – Planned Parenthood, Obamacare, illegal immigration and unvetted (despite claims to the opposite) Middle Eastern refugees.
Republicans dropped the ball and now they are pressing to stage another faux fight for the White House by backing wavering candidates – i.e. Bush, Rubio or others who can be expected to conform to the power politics formula.
