A Florida teenage male caught on video viciously beating a 9-year-old girl on a school bus a week ago is getting charged with criminal battery, a state attorney said.
Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle said video of the attack "clearly shows that this beating was far more serious than a simple student altercation," the Miami Herald reported, citing a Tuesday news release. ---More...
