Today, Oct. 2, 2026 is the Feast of the Guardian Angels, and the beginning of October, the month set aside for the celebration of Mary’s Holy Rosary.
As for Today’s Feast of Guardian Angels, everyone has a God-assigned Guardian Angel, making this day a good time to profoundly thank Almighty God for His Gift to all of us down here on demon-ravaged troubled Earth.
This day takes me back to 15 years ago, when I received the most beautiful letter to ever come my way about an article I wrote about, ‘Chicago’s Rosary in the Sky’ on Aug. 15, 2011:
I pasted the letter to my Daily Roman Missal where it remains to this very day:
“Dear Judi,
“I just want you to know that you have a gift of insight. It is a grace. Until your article, I had not connected the prayers of the girls and the Balloon Rosary. Yet it is so undeniably clear!
“Yesterday yellow balloons were carried by throngs, at times up to 4,000 strong, stretching out over several blocks, four years later in the same city where the rosary was sent skyward—an answer to the prayers of 20 school girls.
“Your article is really touching. How could the Virgin Mary not smile on that act of faith. And now we begin to see fruits. It actually gives me chills to think about it.
“I did say your name at the altar yesterday asking for many blessings and your greater closeness to God.”
Yours,
Father Joshua”

Balloon Rosary: Spontaneous acts of joy across the United States involving the yellow LIFE balloons;
“The courage of 20 elementary-school aged girls and their counselors participating in a summer camp endeavor at a Chicago Catholic Parish last Friday did not go without notice.
“In launching their yellow balloon, 75-foot handmade rosary skyward from Chicago’s Michigan Avenue bridge claiming the Magnificent Mile for Mary, they had to carry their rosary, cross-first, through downtown Chicago’s peak traffic.
“The little girls met with the same dignity the jeers along with the cheers of pedestrians and motorists watching their progress.
“For the school girls, there were lessons to be learned in the response of onlookers like the homeless people who gave high fives, street preachers who burst into the singing of Gospel songs, and in the semi-truck drivers who shook the streets sounding their truck horns in approval.
“I was completely ecstatic the whole time. I loved seeing how many people on a random street corner were thrilled. It is a lot more than we tend to think,” said one participant. (Sanctamissa.org, Aug. 14, 2011).
Who would have believed back then that COVID-19 would shut down all churches, including Catholic ones in an alleged ‘plandemic’—some to never open again?
Who would ever have believed that a Canadian ‘Catholic’ prime minister would lead the way to usher in a godless One World Order on an unsuspecting West—and would be touted to be worthy of the Nobel Peace Prize, Time Magazine’s ‘Man of The Year’—-including a promised blessing by a Catholic Pope?
We need the faith of those Chicago school girls who sent skyward a 75-foot rosary of helium-filled yellow balloons bearing the word LIFE over the streets of Chicago, now more than ever.
After all has been said or done, the good news is that our Heavenly Father and NOT Prime Minister Mark Carney, or any other crass politician Who rules a runaway world.
Pray to your Guardian Angels, and Pray the Rosary brothers and sisters.
Pray always that God’s Will Be Done!

Angel of God, my guardian dear,
To whom God’s love commits me here,
Ever this day, be at my side,
To light, to guard, to rule, and guide.
Amen
