It has been wonderfully entertaining this week to watch the House of Representatives as well as watching and listening to conservative talking heads. Most of the talking heads are calling it a horror show, an embarrassment, shameful, and all other kinds of negative spin. These are people who have not yet recognized that the Republican Party is just as bad as the communist Democrat Party.
When you keep doing what you’re doing, you’ll keep getting what you’ve got, and what we have sucks!
These people seem to think things ought to be “business as usual” in the U.S. Congress because that is exactly what they are advocating. Oh…the humanity!
What I saw this week was democracy at her best. I saw 20 principled people trying to hold back the corrupt political machine that is the Washington Beltway Bandits of the political uniparty ruling class. What I saw is four days where the United States Congress has not done anything to harm the country. That alone is a big win for America in my book.
If America is to be great again, Republicans doing the same things they have done for the last 50 years will work no better in the future than it did in the past.
