IER has Bracket Fever

In the spirit of March Madness, IER has filled out a bracket of its own. Given the full-court press of new rules, regulations, and mandates on America’s fuel manufacturers, it is no wonder that the price of gasoline is “necessarily skyrocketing to the levels in Europe. Unfortunately, in this tournament nobody wins.
