That's...well...something.

Is this human history's greatest campaign ad? You be the judge

I don't want to engage in hyperbole, but it's possible that this is, in fact, the greatest ad in the history of human political endeavor. It has it all. Giant robots, eye lasers, giant geese, dragons, and a candidate who can grow a beard before your very eyes! It's got more bravado than a thousand Trump speeches, and features a would-be politician who's about a hundred times as unlikely to win.
Meet Wyatt Scott. He's a self-described center-left (emphasis on the left) independent who hails from the great white north and is "running for Parliament for the new riding of Mission Matsqui Fraser Canyon." Since Scott is well aware that running as an independent makes him an extreme longshot, he figured he'd better do something big to kick his campaign into high gear. He has an actual platform, but he was smart enough to know that mere political positions wouldn't be enough to grab the headlines. So, armed with little more than a college film crew and a pile of chutzpah, he set out to put himself on the political map in the craziest way possible. Mission accomplished. Just...wow.
