A Jewish teacher reportedly was stabbed with a machete Monday morning outside a synagogue in the southern French city of Marseille.

Binyamin Amsalem suffered injuries to his hand after a man wielding a machete attacked him while he was on his way to the facility for morning prayers, local reports said, according to the Times of Israel. Then attacker then threw the machete away before being caught by police 10 minutes later. Local media reported the attacker was 16 years old. More...
