Joe Biden says 'Yes. There's a chance' that he'll run for President

If you write about politics long enough eventually you come to a day where nothing "grabs" you. Sure, the usual talking heads are out there and the usual politicians are wrong about the usual things, but nothing really sticks out. That problem evaporates instantly whenever the left trots out one of its loopy candidates - and no one is a better example than Joe Biden.

If Joe is on the stump, you know you're going to be inundated with the kinds of weird, incoherent, and too-crazy-to-be-true moments upon which political writers thrive. So, please, Joe. Let this "chance" become a reality.... Can Joe win? No. Can he create a situation that damages Hillary? Yes. Will he fill his time on the trail with the sorts of gaffes that make conservative columnists salivate? ...With 100% certainty. Make it happen, Joe. We're all counting on you
