Judicial Conspiracy to Commit Treason

I must agree with the socialist Democrat bosses. In 2025, the United States of America does, in fact, have a Constitutional crisis. However, I part company with the socialist Democrat bosses as to the cause of this crisis. In short, the socialist Democrat ruling class bosses are attempting to extend the unconstitutional lawlessness of the Biden/Harris administration. That is the real constitutional crisis we face today. But first, we must establish some common ground in regard to terms I will be using.

the crime of betraying one's country, especially by attempting to kill the sovereign or overthrow the government:

In 1983, a movie came out titled The Star Chamber. The film was about a group of judges who met to assess past criminal legal cases where the defendant was found not guilty, often on a technicality. This star chamber of judges then decided whether or not to have said defendant killed. More often than not, death was the decision, and these judges saw to it that the defendant was executed outside the bounds of the law. In the end, these lawless judges were exposed and that star chamber was abolished.

Recently, there are reports that United States Supreme Chief Justice John Roberts is a member of a Washington DC-based star chamber-like secret organization of federal judges called America Inns of Court. Membership includes Trump-hating and America-hating judges James Boasberg, Beryl Howell, Ketanji Brown Jackson, and Amit Mehta. If these reports are true, why in the world is Justice Roberts doing hanging out with these far Left extremists acolytes of communist Klaus Schwab, George Soros, and the World Economic Forum?

I recently saw a video clip from, I believe, CNN where Senator Chuck Schumer admitted to the world (or at least the tiny audience CNN has) that the Biden administration and the Democrat- controlled Senate installed 236 Leftist federal judges last year for the purposes of lawfare against Donald Trump, in the event he was elected President. It would seem that Kamala Harris and Tim Walz were Plan A, and the socialist Democrat bosses did, in fact, have a Plan B.

Who is funding these frivolous legal actions? 

Now it is time to start assembling the pieces. Assuming Chuck Schumer is telling the truth, did the previous administration conspire with Senate Democrats to install federal judges for the purpose of violating the constitution to harm the ability of the Trump administration to carry out its constitutional duties? With more than 200 actions, so far, filed with these activist federal judges against the Trump administration, there is evidence of an unconstitutional, treasonous conspiracy against the American government by these lawyers in black robes. How many star chambers are there?

Who is funding these frivolous legal actions? My guess is the same foreign and domestic elitist oligarchs that funded the 2.5 billion dollar Harris/Walz campaign in 2024. These are enemies of America that want America to fail so it is no longer a road block to a one world order controlled by them. This is likely another anti-American conspiracy by treasonous Americans and foreign enemies. This too, falls into the category of a conspiracy because a lot of people are involved to coordinate and disperse funds.

Many constitutional scholars have judged that these federal district judges are trying to exercise authority that has never been granted them. Not only are they undermining the Executive Branch of the United States, they are usurping powers that the United States Supreme Court may not even have.

Judges as the ultimate arbiters: Place us under the despotism of an oligarchy

What is going on with these rogue judges in the district courts is a blatant abuse of the powers of the legal system at best and more likely an abuse of the American Constitution.

When a nation has a system of government that focuses on individual freedoms and is dependent on honesty and integrity for its success, it is vulnerable to cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled people attempting to abuse those available freedoms to satisfy their lust for power and control. That is what we are seeing in America today from the bosses of the socialist Democrat Party.

Is there a treasonous judicial conspiracy out there? In my opinion, evidence seems to suggest that yes there is. I expect that in the next 30 to 60 days a determination will be made that these federal district courts have no standing to issue temporary restraining orders against the Executive Branch of the United States of America.

After a 55 year career as a professional pilot in the military, in law enforcement, in the private sector, and in federal civil service, I am now retired.

In many of these positions I repeatedly took an oath to defend the United States Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic.
