After squandering tens of thousands of dollars paying for useless Motions and exorbitant attorney fees, money intended to go to beating victim Kirk Henry and the IRS, this morning, Rick and Lisa Rizzolo's redundant Motion to ruin Kirk Henry's case was denied for the second time!
Now, it's expected that the Rizzolo's will squander even more of their Cook Islands loot appealing today's ruling to the Ninth Circuit Court.
