Kash Patel, who has argued over 1000 bond hearings before state and federal judges, describes the cases against about 500 people charged with breaching the US Capitol on Jan. 6 as a "miscarriage of justice," explaining that they have not received due process because the over 15,000 hours of video footage from that day has not been provided in their cases. “Solitary confinement is supposed to be for the most violent offenders,” says Kash Patel. As a former public defender, Kash explains why he sees a double standard of justice when it comes to the Jan. 6 detainees.
