Calling Barack Obama a liar isn't racist, but it is Gauche. Even in our rowdy romper-room that calls itself a parliament no member is allowed to call another member a liar.
However, Winston Churchill found a way around that restriction by accusing a fellow member of uttering a "terminological inexactitude." Then again, most of the vocabulary challenged politicians we send to govern us think marmalade is a big word. They have trouble expressing their thoughts without resorting to gutter-chatter. Even the late, great scholar Pierre Trudeau was unable to find a euphemism for the F word when he wanted an MP to quit annoying him. Fuddle-duddle to them all, I say.
