Champlain bridge
Name change
Some dummkopfs in Quebec want to change the name of the Champlain bridge to Maurice Richard bridge. Comparing Maurice Richard to Samuel Champlain is downright silly. Richard was a Canadian.
Champlain was a Frenchman who served his king for the glory of France. However, I have heard many a Quebecois refer to Champlain as their own "Uncle Sam," I suggest they leave Champlain's name on the bridge, and rename a street or square in Montreal for the Rocket.
