I have run several large organizations in my business career and I know the difference between performers and those that fail.

There is only one option for those that can't bring themselves to admit they cannot do their job- they blame their failure on someone else. Obama's continual use of George Bush as his excuse for failure is saying nothing less than, "I can't do the job." Turner Echols Manchester-by-the-Sea, MA
