Pope Francis, 86, reveals he's ALREADY written a resignation letter - in case his health deteriorates and he can't continue leading the Church

The Pope revealed that soon after his election in 2013 he submitted a resignation letter that would take effect should illness prevent him from fulfilling his duties. Pope Francis, who turned 86 on Saturday, said that he gave the letter to Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone, who was Secretary of State at the time - the second highest position in the Vatican.-- More...
