Premier Ford says he'll never stop "poking Donald Trump"

Everyone knows that doesn't work -- in fact, it's counter-productive. So why would he do it? Why is Ford engaging in foreign diplomacy at all?

* a recession is coming, and he's trying to get ahead of it, blaming Trump instead of his seven years of decline

* he'd rather talk about "Trump" than problems he could actually solve

* it's a psy-op, in concert with with Mark Carney, to confuse and demoralize the Conservative brand.
