Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul may add an amendment to the federal highway bill to keep federal dollars from Planned Parenthood.

The presidential hopeful said in a statement on his campaign website that he will make a move next week to strip all federal funding from Planned Parenthood. "The recent revelation that this taxpayer-funded organization is selling body parts of the unborn further proves that this agency deserves our scorn, not our tax dollars," Paul said. More...
