Rep. Maxine Waters will run for President. ...If millennials demand it

As every political junkie knows, the New Hampshire visit is traditionally seen as an early sign of an impending presidential run. This weekend, for reasons no one seems completely able to fathom, Maxine Waters is heading to New Hampshire. This, of course, has tongues wagging. Everyone wants to know - is Maxine Waters, your favorite left coast crackpot, readying herself for a White House bid? ...Because that would be hilarious. Unfortunately, we shouldn't get our hopes up just yet. The Daily Caller asked Waters if she was planning to seek higher office, and she said "no." ...Unless the hip, cool, youth culture of America wants her to.

“I’m just going up to do a county Democratic thing. That’s all,” she said. When The DC pressed further, Waters, an outspoken critic of President Donald Trump, said laughing, “I’m not running for anything but my own seat. I don’t have any presidential aspirations. If the millennials want me to do it, I’d do it, though.”

Please, millennials, for the love of God, make sure Maxine Waters knows you want her to 'do it.' Just imagine the sheer amount of comedy that would be generated if this trainwreck found herself at the center of a national political campaign:

Young people of America, you're our only hope. Having been born in the 70's, I'm too old to convince Maxine Waters that her nation desperately needs to her to throw her hat in the ring. Your patriotic duty is clear. Call, write, email. Do whatever it is you kids do. Snapchat or something. Let Maxine Waters know that you hope - neigh demand - that she’ll bring her special brand of crazy to the national stage. This is your time. You must carry this torch.
