While we are very careful not to disparage any minority group because of their race, religion or sex, we have no such qualms about disparaging our American neighbors, even as we wallow in everything American from the Simpsons to Sarah Palin. In fact sneering at the U.S. is almost as popular as hockey in the great white north. We especially enjoy condemning the U.S. for its racism.
