See the All Blacks’ Haka in New Zealand Most sports fans (and even non-fans) know who the New Zealand All Blacks are – and recognize the fierce and electric haka that they perform prior to a match. Now, there is a chance to see the All Blacks play in their home country of New Zealand. The world-famous All Blacks are set to play several matches throughout New Zealand this year. And this is an iconic New Zealand experience.
Here is a list of the matches in 2018:
  • June 23 – All Blacks vs. France – Forsyth Barr Stadium, Dunedin
  • August 25 – All Blacks vs. Australia – Eden Park, Auckland
  • September 8 – All Blacks vs. Argentina – Trafalgar Park, Nelson
  • September 15 – All Blacks vs. South Africa – Westpac Stadium, Wellington
Dunedin A UNESCO City of Literature, Dunedin is considered to be one of the world’s great small cities. The South Island city is a centre of learning, heritage, arts and culture, with stunning views from the city rise. The numerous surrounding beaches and inlets are spectacular and, just beyond the city limits, the Otago Peninsula is a haven for wildlife populations and world-leading sustainability projects. The city of Dunedin comes to life when the All Blacks visit and the locals love to pack into Forsyth Barr Stadium to cheer the national rugby team on. Auckland New Zealand’s largest city is home to the country’s biggest stadium, Eden Park, the holy ground where the All Blacks have won two world cup finals – and they haven’t lost there since 1994. Auckland is set between two harbours and offers a diversity of people and landscapes that give an extra dimension to a visitor’s experience. Home to the world’s largest Pacific Island population, Auckland’s vibrant multicultural mix infuses the region's cuisine, music, art and culture. See the All Blacks’ Haka in New Zealand
Nelson On September 8, Nelson’s Trafalgar Park will host the All Blacks for the first time ever – a match that will have the host region buzzing. Nelson Tasman's golden sand beaches and vast protected areas of national park set the scene for year-round nature, wildlife and outdoor experiences, including sea kayaking, rock climbing, white-water rafting, mountain biking, sailing, horse trekking and swimming with marine life. The sea surrounding Nelson is the source of some of New Zealand’s finest seafood, and the temperate climate produces abundant grapes for wine, hops for beer, and fruit – including apples for cider. Wellington New Zealand’s capital city is a regular fixture on the All Blacks’ calendar and the city comes alive when the men in black come to town. Travel guide publisher Lonely Planet has named Wellington the “coolest little capital in the world.” Although it’s not New Zealand's largest city, it promotes itself as the national centre of arts, coffee, craft beer, film and politics – and there’s an undeniable energy pulsing through the town.
