New Speaker Paul Ryan, in an interview over the week, said the Planned Parenthood abortion business should not get “one red cent: of taxpayer funding. Ryan’s comments are his first publicly on de-fund Planned Parenthood after his election as Speaker of the House last week. The abortion company has been caught in multiple videos selling aborted babies and their body parts.
“I don’t think Planned Parenthood should get a red cent from the taxpayer. I’ve always believed that, even before these disgusting videos came out,” Ryan said in an interview with CNN. The Speaker also said he supported the multiple Congressional investigations that are ongoing in the House, which have looked into how Planned Parenthood reportedly violated multiple federal laws to sell aborted baby parts.
