The Marxist Connections to the June 11 Riot at Spokane ICE Facility

After watching the videos, of the June 11, 2025 protest, at Riverfront Park, in downtown Spokane, said participants then marching to the ICE facility, it became apparent to me that the female leading that protest was a trained agitator. Those videos can be viewed on the OntheBall509 webpage.

As such, I went looking to find out who that female is, what organization she represents. That organization is a Marxist revolutionary group called PSL, or the Party for Socialism and Liberation. They were also involved in the LA riots that resulted in President Trump sending in the National Guard.

Ermiya Fanaeian, founder of Armed Queers SLC, now under investigation for ties to Charlie Kirk’s assassin, has ties to PSL. PSL’s main backer is Neville Singham with ties to the CCP and other revolutionary groups, now under investigation by both the House and the Senate. PSL was also involved in the NoKings protest of June 14, 2025, in Spokane, as was the local chapter of Indivisible.

In checking all the local legacy (or mainstream) news organizations – KREM, KXLY, KHQ, Spokesman Review – none of these outlets mentioned the involvement of PSL, either on June 11, or in subsequent reporting on the events of June 11, 2025. The only outlets that mentioned this, were The Inlander and The Center Square. The Center Square article reported that the local PSL posted a call on social media, on June 10, for an emergency protest on June 11, said protest to organize at the red wagon, at Riverfront Park, before marching to the ICE facility.

It is noteworthy, at this point, that Ben Stuckart made clear his intentions to cause his arrest if ICE did not release the two illegal aliens, Torres and Perez, detained on June 11, 2025. What did Ben Stuckart know and when did he know it? Did Stuckart know, before he showed up at the ICE facility, on June 11, that the two illegal aliens were going to be detained?

It is equally noteworthy that Stuckart called Mayor Lisa Brown, a friend of Stuckart’s, either before or during the protest; that, subsequently, Mayor Brown called Washington AG Nick Brown and put him in touch with Ben Stuckart; further, that Stuckart was released, from jail, on June 12, 2025; the charges were dropped, without prejudice, on June 17, 2025. When Stuckart was arrested, on federal charges, on July 15, 2025, Mayor Lisa Brown threw an absolute hissy fit, stating,

I just learned that several community leaders were detained this morning by federal agents apparently for their roles in the June 11 demonstration at the ICE facility. I’m outraged. This politically motivated action is a perversion of our justice system. The Trump Administration’s weaponization of ICE and the DOJ is trampling on the U.S. Constitution and creating widespread fear across our community. Spokane has been a welcoming city for immigrants and refugees for decades. The Trump Administration and Congress must provide legal pathways for people fleeing violence and seeking the American dream. That will make America great.

The PSL website main page states,

For the planet to live capitalism must end.

In the videos posted at OnTheBall509, it is apparent that the PSL joined the protest, at the ICE facility, with intent to cause arrests; the leader instructing protestors to line up, for the march to the ICE facility, according to whether they intended to remain peaceful or whether they intended to provoke their own arrest.

From the PSL webpage encouraging people to join the PSL, this little gem –

Together we are fighting for a system where the government and the economy are controlled by poor and working people

It [capitalism] must be replaced by socialism, a system where poor and working people have power and the wealth of society is used in a planned and sustainable way to meet people’s needs.

The propaganda of socialism sounds great. Unfortunately, it is not the reality.

In the words of Ayn Rand …

There is no difference between communism and socialism except in the means of achieving the end: Communism proposes to enslave by force, socialism by vote. It is merely the difference between murder and suicide.

We can look to the totalitarianism/authoritarianism of the former USSR, and the current communist countries of Russia, China, North Korea, Cuba, and Venezuela to know the reality of socialism/communist.

The PSL website offers (from the Main Page > Our Party > Our Websites > Liberation School) study guides on Lenin, Marx and Engles; also on the Pedagogy of the Oppressed (also known as Liberation Theology, prevalent in many Central and South American Catholic churches. Liberation theology says,

The poor (have nots) are the oppressed, the rich (the haves) the oppressor; the poor must rise up against the rich, if by violent means, so be it.

It is noteworthy that the PSL website has many translations in “Espanol”. It is also noteworthy that the vast majority of illegal aliens, presently in the United States, come from Central and South America.

Is what the PSL promotes Marxist revolution? Yes, it is.

Does this group support Marxist global government? Yes, it does.

Is what the PSL promotes totally counter to the U.S. Constitution? Yes.
