The United Nations has been busy this last week, passing a resolution demanding Jews remove their presence from regions of Israel within one year – “The resolution calls on the Israel Defense Forces to withdraw completely from Judea and Samaria, eastern Jerusalem and the Gaza Strip within 12 months, which means evacuating all Jewish communities beyond the armistice line, including Jerusalem’s Old City.”
A purely antisemitic move of the UN, eons-old discrimination against Jews has resurfaced among nations to reveal a base nature of hate to support the fictional history of a Palestinian state. The resolution denies the long-standing premise of spoils of war, that Israel, following each unprovoked attack by Arab neighbors, has re-established borders closer to its original coverage, including much of the Levant, 3000 years ago. Because the United Nations had artificially carved newly created Arab countries of Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, and non-Arab Iran among the archaic kingdoms of Tyre, Assyria, Babylon, Media and Persia, there is no legal standing for a sovereign “Palestine,” which was never anything more than a regional designation assigned by foreign entities.
This move by a convention of nations is a determined effort to systematically remove an anomalous people defined by the integrated factors of distinct religion, culture, ancient written language, and historic tradition. Plainly put, it is a move toward genocide of Jews by falsely claiming there was ever a Palestinian people or nation. Both were devised by Yassir Arafat in establishing the Palestinian Liberation Organization through which he made himself a billionaire, while leaving his “people” in poverty as victims of self-inflicted refugee status.
In addition, the United Nations has made itself protector extraordinaire for October 7 massacre terrorists. After the International Criminal Court had the gall to seek arrest warrants in May 2024 for Prime Minister Netanyahu for fabricated crimes against non-existent “Palestine,” in a rare feat, the House of Representatives sanctioned the ICC for promoting the charges.
However, on the flip-side, the UN has now stepped in to shield from prosecution accused perpetrators of the October 7, 2023 murder, rape and ravaging of 1200 individuals and their property. More than 100 United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNWRA) employees are justifiably suspected of participating in the heinous crimes, yet the UN has only “investigated” 19 and is claiming “functional immunity” to have charges dismissed against a remaining nine.
The topper is that the Biden-Harris “Justice Department has reportedly given its endorsement of the UN’s invocation of immunity,” picked-up by World Israel News. This administration has proven itself to be complicit in undermining the sovereignty and security of a tiny nation, Israel, that is surrounded by aggressors working to cleanse the Jewish homeland of Jews.
Evidently, the Biden-Harris administration is comfortable allowing Hamas operatives that killed 1200 people to get off scot-free, while persecuting some 1200 peaceful J6 protesters, jailing hundreds of them. This is not an equal application of the law.
The UN isn’t stopping with attempting to eradicate Israel. It is taking illegitimate steps to anoint itself as a governing body that expects to rule over member nations, subjugating their sovereignty under its power.
From the Sovereignty Coalition that is keeping a close eye on the machinations of the United Nations and its subordinate World Health Organization: “… it was noted that 49 Senators, 26 governors and 22 attorneys general have expressed similar concerns. In fact, a majority of the nation’s governors have declared, “We will not comply” with edicts from the World Health Organization’s Director General.
Their response should apply equally to unconstitutional dictates issued by the UN’s Secretary-General pursuant to the Pact for the Future. As should the requirement for Senate advice and consent before that treaty is allowed to bind Americans.”
The issue that, oddly, Americans are overlooking, is the United States Constitution essentially nullifies any treaty or agreement that contravenes “This Constitution” as the “supreme Law of the Land.” According to Article VI, no agreement or treaty can have its tenets or verbiage instituted if they are written to supersede United States’ sovereignty. It takes a basic understanding of English grammar to comprehend the Supremacy clause in that there is a comma after “This Constitution,” which separates all content between it and the final segment of the statement, “shall be the supreme Law of the Land.”
Every scheme of the United Nations, its subsidiary organizations such as the WHO, or international coalitions, NGOs and associations can never have any affect on, undermine or claim superiority to United States sovereignty.
No sitting president or Congress has the authority to accept an agreement or treaty that conflicts with or overrules the Constitution, whether or not it is signed and ratified. If it doesn’t agree with the Constitution it is automatically invalid.
The question then becomes, do members of Congress, the president, and the judiciary understand this fact of American law?
What is sad, is how many other nations do not recognize their own sovereign power, and that their legislators are content to resign themselves to becoming part of a superstate, having submitted their citizens to be controlled by a new class of tyrants. The United Nations is deviously laboring to institute global feudalism, with itself and billionaire backers as the new noble class. That’s all communism is, of course, new terminology for age-old despotism.
As Americans, there is no alternative but to demand that our United States cease all funding for the United Nations and strip it of land-grants on American soil, completely withdrawing membership. Israel should follow suit and end all relationship with the back-stabbing, anti-Jewish, malignantly intentioned United Nations, its subsidiaries, and associated organizations.
Self-preservation is paramount as the international pack of wolves close in for the kill.
