A leading conservative health policy group is warning that millions of Americans may be improperly enrolled in Obamacare, potentially costing taxpayers as much as $25 billion this year.

In a new report, the Paragon Health Institute, led by former Trump economic adviser Brian Blase, estimates that 6.2 million people enrolled through Affordable Care Act exchanges in 2025 may not be eligible for the subsidized coverage they received.

That figure represents roughly one-quarter of all ACA exchange enrollees.

The analysis comes as the Trump administration intensifies efforts to eliminate waste, fraud, and abuse across federal programs and could add fuel to the ongoing debate over Obamacare, which President Donald Trump has long criticized. ---More...
