California taxpayers get screwed again by their Honorable Governor, Gavin Newsom. First, it was the 12-billion-dollar railroad to nowhere, then it was the 1.4-million-dollar wildlife crossing to nowhere, and now every prisoner on death row in California has a notebook computer. And, man-o-man do they know how to put them to good use. Why, of course, that good use is watching internet porn. Way to go, Gavin!

California, you certainly do have the government you deserve.

After a 55 year career as a professional pilot in the military, in law enforcement, in the private sector, and in federal civil service, I am now retired.
