America, We Have A Problem

On that fateful day when Apollo 13 announced, "Houston, we have a problem," the entire NASA organization focused on solving the problem.  Then the three Americans were safely returned to earth. In America today, we have a myriad of problems.  Unlike Apollo 13, the organizations and the people who are responsible for solving those problems are, more often than not, the perpetrators of the problems.

Corrupt career politicians, Corruption in the voting system, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Free Speech

Problem 1:  Corrupt career politicians are by far the biggest problem, and it makes no difference what political party they identify with; corruption is rampant.  Their job is to monitor and restrain the Executive Branch of the U.S. federal government, but they have not done so in decades.  The solution is to vote them out of office, which brings us to the next problem.    Problem 2:  Corruption in the voting system has had acceptance by the corrupt career politicians and We the People for far too long.  That came to a head with the massive illegal voting that took place in the 2020 Presidential election.  That leads us to the next problem. Problem 3:  Many of those responsible for assuring a legal, fair, and trustworthy election process perpetrated the fraudulent elections in 2020.  The U.S Constitution designates the state's legislature as responsible for changing election procedures.  In 2020, many states had the voting process changed by someone other than the legislature, and voting in those states should have been null and void. This takes us to the next problem. Problem 4:  When several states joined in legal action to challenge the validity of the vote on the basis of violating the U.S. Constitution in those states that improperly changed the voting process, the U.S. Supreme Court refused to address these violations of the Constitution, thus allowing the results of a fraudulent election to stand even after the winner of that election publicly announced the election was, in fact, fraudulent. Problem 5:  When the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is illegally used against the political enemies of the President, there is no recourse.  There is no entity that can investigate and hold the FBI accountable.  In addition, when other federal agencies engage in unconstitutional activities, the FBI can't be trusted to investigate those wrong doings and hold those responsible accountable.  In short, there is no oversight or control on the lawlessness within the federal government.   Problem 6:  American citizens no longer have the right of free speech because of government complicity with the private sector companies controlling the various media.  The federal government is violating the 1^st Amendment to the U.S. Constitution by proxy.   "We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America." ~ Preamble to the U.S. Constitution

Equal Justice, Domestic Tranquility, Corrupt Biden Administration, Blessings of Liberty

Problem 7:  There is no equal Justice under the corrupt Biden administration. Problem 8:  There is no domestic Tranquility under the corrupt Biden administration. In fact, there is chaos and lawlessness in the streets of every state of the union. Problem 9:  There is no common defense under the corrupt Biden administration. The reality is that the Biden administration has compromised national defense by weakening the military, importing illegal aliens, permitting drug trafficking, and permitting human trafficking. Problem 10:  There is no general Welfare under the corrupt Biden administration.  The economy is in the tank, energy independence has been lost, prices are rising, and food and product shortages are becoming more common. Problem 11:  The Blessings of Liberty are being stolen and denied by the corrupt Biden administration due to over-regulation and exceeding the constitutional enumerated powers of the President. What are We the People to do when our Congress and President abandon the separation of powers established in the Constitution and conspire against political enemies and We the People? What are We the People to do when the U.S. Supreme Court abandons its responsibility to enforce the Constitution?

Flush out Marxist politicians

We the People must first flush out Marxist politicians when we vote on November 8, 2022.  Then We the People need to look at flushing more elected Marxists out of office during ensuing elections. We must also do our best to prevent cheating in these elections. Whether the elections are honest and fair elections or not, We the People must then follow up with our state governments and DEMAND that they start reclaiming those activities reserved to the states and the people by the Constitution.  Reclaiming state's rights will do much to neuter federal government overreach and limit the power of the federal government as the Constitution demands. The last option is one that should only be used when all, and I mean all, other remedies have been fully exhausted.    "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants." ~ Thomas Jefferson The key element in the Jefferson quote is usually glossed over by those who think the 2^nd Amendment is the solution.  In wars, rarely are the tyrants the victims of the bloodshed.  The victims of the bloodshed are the poor foot soldiers sent out to execute the orders of the tyrants. There is a gentlemen's agreement that government leadership of the "civilized" adversaries won't target each other.  That's why history demonstrates that most wars last far longer than they should.  The first time that the United States actually went after a county's leader was the second Gulf War.  Jefferson understood that the patriot's enemies are the tyrants, not the troops in the trenches.  It is the head of the snake that is dangerous, not the tail of the snake. America, we have a problem!  It's the Marxist tyrants in our government who are supposed to use the Constitution to protect us, not oppress us.
