Dr. Kevin O'Connor, President Joe Biden's former White House physician, appeared for a closed-door interview this morning on Capitol Hill.
He reportedly refused to answer questions about Biden’s mental fitness, pleading the Fifth Amendment while his lawyers cited doctor-patient privilege.
The House Oversight Committee is also seeking interviews with other former White House aides after reports raised questions about Biden’s mental fitness in his final year and alleged efforts to cover it up.
