Brief Thoughts On Deescalation After Reading A Fifteen Year Old Was Just Arrested For Murder

My deescalation technique with Brothers who violate my dignity to the point that I consider aggression is to cease communication in order to avoid adding to Black male confrontation and possible annihilation.

We must referee our hostility. I'm not saying love each other:

I'm just saying don't kill each other unless it's in self defense.

On X I added this quote to to the above post: 'Not quite cuddly conflict resolution stuff but it's my method LOL.'

I'm not a 'kumbya' style advocate.

Community member conflict is inevitable given rampant inner egotism and external enablement by outside interests who don't have our best interests at heart.

I just offer my blunt suggestion for opting out of an ultimately destructive process unless you must defend yourself, others or property.
