California U.S. Army Reserve facility on lockdown amid possible shooter reports

DUBLIN, Calif. — Authorities have nearly completed a search of a sprawling U.S. Army Reserve facility in Northern California without finding anything suspicious Tuesday after responding to reports of a possible gunman.
