Congress Approval Rating Sinks to 7 Percent

Since I started voting, I cannot remember a time when public confidence in Congress was much over twenty percent.  Back in the day when car dealers were of questionable repute, Congress was always ranked below car dealers by consumers.  In July 2022, the approval rating of Congress is seven percent.  That creates a massively giant elephant-in-the room question.  Why do American voters keep hiring (electing) people in Congress, who are not doing a satisfactory job?  In America we fire unsatisfactory employees we don’t keep them on the payroll. There is no simple answer to this question.  Primarily, there is a phenomena where too many people think their personal Representative and Senators are just fine.  It is everyone else’s Representative and Senators who are the bad guys.  So, my guys/gals are not rotten; it’s your guys/gals in Congress who are rotten.

Secondarily, people are lazy.  They don’t bother to investigate who the person is they are voting for and what that person stands for in respect to how the candidate’s position might impact the voter’s life.  People are still voting party ticket without realizing that their party may no longer represent what that party once represented.  I would suggest the number of voters fleeing the Democrat Party in 2022, validates my assumption, maybe enlightenment has arrived. I believe these are the fundamental reasons why Congress, as a whole, is the disaster it has always been.  The basic reason for this disaster is that the Congress has been kidnapped by professional career politicians whose first priority is to get re-elected for life and get rich.

There is a Constitutional cure available, that doesn’t require a Convention of States or an amendment to the U.S. Constitution.  While Article I of the United States Constitution defines the length of each Representative and Senator’s term of office, it does not address how many terms an individual may serve in those offices.  Therefore, under the 10^th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, each state legislature has the right and obligation to determine (limit) how many terms the congressmen from their state may serve. Since this authority is not specifically assigned to the state legislature, it is also an action that could be taken up by referendum by We the People of our respective state, if we wish.

The enemies of the state, the Marxist Democrats holding elective offices, must be removed

There has always been talk, talk, talk about the need for congressional term limits.  If We the People are truly serious about term limits, there is a way.  However, is there the will? Having said that, in 2022 there remains a far greater threat to the United States of America.  Any effort toward term limits need to remain on hold until after the November 8, 2022, mid-term election.  The enemies of the state, the Marxist Democrats holding elective offices, must be removed, to the greatest extent possible, during the upcoming primary elections or the national mid-term election.  Failure to do so would probably render the term limit issue moot. Don’t believe the lie that your vote doesn’t count.  Don’t believe the lie that voting is a waste of time.  Those liars just want their vote to become more powerful.  Make sure you, your friends, and families get out and vote.  You can also help by making sure the voting in your state is done legally.  Don’t allow Boss Joe Biden’s fraudulent voting operation to work one more time.
