Convicted felon charged with New Baden carjacking

A man New Baden police were seeking in connection with a car jacking was captured in Fairmont City shortly after they say he took a woman’s car at gun point. JeQuan Hill, of 3841 Bingham Ave. St. Louis, Mo., was charged Wednesday by the St.Clair County State’s Attorney’s office with aggravated vehicular hijacking, armed robbery, and felon in possession of a weapon. He is currently being held at the St. Clair County Jail on $300,000 bond.-- More...
