Do Democrats Believe in Waste,  Fraud, and Abuse?

It sure seems that way as the Democrats are fighting tooth and nail to undermine DOGE (Department Of Government Efficiency) from finding out the waste, fraud, and abuse that is rife in our federal government. Wouldn't you think every rational, patriotic person would be in favor of government agencies being monetarily and fiscally efficient?

The word that is used by the liberal left by both the Democrats and the mainstream media is “constitutional crisis” because Trump, Musk and the Republicans want to investigate the scams that government agencies have been financing over the past few decades. It's funny that they didn't complain when Democrat presidents, Bill Clinton and Barack Obama tried to so the same thing as Trump is doing now, only that Trump is succeeding whereas both Clinton and Obama had failed. The “constitutional crisis” that they are trying to pin on Trump is really caused by the Democrats who have used “lawfare” for the past four years in their desire to keep Donald Trump from running for president. All their efforts seem to have hit a dead end as Trump won reelection quite handily. Now that Trump has taken office, they are going back to the losing effort they pursued during the past campaign.

Look what the liberal left is doing today. Besides exhibiting a bad case of TDS (Trump Derangement Syndrome), they now have been infected with MDS (Musk Derangement Syndrome). Musk has been assigned by the president to conduct an audit of most all the government agencies, with a salary of zero dollars, and he is being vilified for finding vast amounts of waste, fraud, and abuse, much to the chagrin of the Democrats. A recent poll by the Marquette University Law School, found that Trump has an approval rate among voters on recognizing that there are just two sexes (male and female), deporting illegal migrants, expanding oil and gas production, and declaring a national emergency at the southern border. A rational person would normally think that the Democrats would embrace those policies as they are considered common sense positions that most voters embrace. Also, the majority of people favor what Trump and Musk are doing to rein in wasteful policies on the part of government agencies.

What are the Democrats and their flunkies in the media against? Here's just a partial list of what Elon Musk and his group have found.

• $36,000 for U.S Citizenship and information services for a DEI contract which is against the president’s policies.
• $3.4 million contract for “ inclusive innovation” for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in the Dep't of Commerce.
• $37, 000 for Climate change in Sri Lanka
• $32,000 for a LGBTQ comic book for children in Peru
• $20 million giveaway by the EPA to groups pushing the radical climate change agenda (right before Biden left office)
• $100 million to the Dep't. of Education for DEI contracts
• $8.2 billion unaccounted for aid to Ukraine
• $59 million to NYC for housing illegal migrants
• $20 million for a Sesame Workshop in Iraq
• The list goes on and on. Eventually, the waste, fraud, and abuse could total a trillion dollars or more.

Besides the aforementioned “constitutional crisis” phrase, the Democrats have used phrases like “assault on our democracy”, a “circumvention of Congress”, and an “executive coup”. They have used these terms to try to obstruct and minimize the actions that Trump and Musk are pursuing. After all, Trump ran for president by saying exactly what he is trying to do now, so it shouldn't be a surprise to the citizens of the United States. In addition, some outspoken members of the Congress and Senate have called on people to go resist and protest on the streets against Trump's and Musk's actions. These are the same people who are accusing Trump as wanting to be a dictator.

So, in conclusion, from the actions by the Democrats, you'd think they really believe in government waste, fraud and abuse. You could say that they are blinded to the facts by their liberal, progressive ideology and their obvious hatred of both Trump and Musk, the American taxpayer be damned.
