CRIMINAL CHARGES against the following Minnesota fraudsters:
- Feisal Elmi, Aspen Associates: 11 counts, $8M intended loss
- Jama Mohamod, American Home Health Care: $3.27M intended loss, 6 counts
- Faiza Ahmed, Home Sweet Home: $10M intended loss, 8 counts
- Habiba Mohammed, Smart Therapy: conspiracy to defraud the U.S., ~$20M
Yeah, super "AMERICAN" names!
These fraudsters tried to defraud up to $41 MILLION from THOUSANDS of Americans.
