Fool Me Once

There is a tremendous amount of wisdom in that old proverb. We the People have been a little weak in the area of being fooled. The socialists hiding in the closet of the old Democrat Party have been fooling Americans for nearly a century. For years now, I have suggested that Barack Obama was the first socialist American President.

However, new information for me has revealed that the first American President that inflicted socialist programs on the United States government was Franklin Delano Roosevelt. I’ve learned that he was so blatant that his own Democrat Party had to keep him in check. In fact, it was the Democrats that led the charge to pass the XXII Amendment to the Constitution limiting the President to two terms. The old Democrats feared a four-term Republican President.

Here we are in 2026, and Americans have woken up about the socialists fooling them. It took having Barack Obama as the second socialist President, who by the way, is selling such socialist trash as Rules for Radicals in his recently opened ugly Presidential Library. He isn’t hiding his attachment to socialism anymore. We must remember that Obama preached the line that America’s best days were behind her. Well, President Trump 45 showed America that America could be better than ever and Made America Great Again in his first term.

Then along comes Joe Biden with his “…most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.” If Barack Obama wasn’t enough, Joe Biden (or Obama, who knows for sure who was running the autopen) put on an extremely competent demonstration of what socialism/communism was all about. Tyrannical socialism was one of the only things that Biden was competent at. The cat was out of the bag. The abuse of American citizens by the federal government was too public to ignore, no matter how hard the mainstream media tried to cover it up.

The other thing that Biden/Obama/autopen did extremely well was to show Americans just how fast a great America could be turned into a pit of despair socially and financially. Then America overwhelmingly rejected blatant socialism/communism for the third time in history, and elected President Trump 47.

President Trump came back into office and showed America and the world how to climb out of that pit of despair as he Made America Great Again, again. Trump has driven the socialist Democrats and their useful idiot minions absolutely out of their ever-loving-minds. Since January 20, 2025, the socialist Democrats have picked the wrong side of every issue that is important to 90% of Americans. The socialist Democrats are hanging on tight to the lawlessness introduced by autopen and Joe Biden.

I recently saw President Trump on television, and he has coined a new term for the nutso socialist Democrats: “dumocrats.” I love it and will freely use it in my future writing. How apropos, that these dummies keep doing what they’re doing and will keep getting what they’ve got. I fully endorse the dumocrat’s efforts because they are no longer fooling the majority of Americans.

The majority of Americans recognize how close they came to losing their liberty to tyranny. That fact should be confirmed in the November mid-term elections. If this election favors dumbocrats, then sadly, the lesson has not been learned. Then shame on us.
