After Nancy Faeser nationally prohibited the right-wing magazine COMPACT and initiated a POLICE RAID against chief editor Jürgen Elsässer, the police are now INVESTIGATING people for wearing T-Shirts with the letter C.
According to lawyer Markus Haintz, the ban on COMPACT, §§ 86, 86a Strafgesetzbuch, is UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
